Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days. Order processing occurs during our standard business hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Times & Rates

We proudly offer shipping across the United States. Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days. Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress.

4. Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products, but transit damage can occasionally happen. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Send an email to support@genermart.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

5. Packages Not Received (Lost or Stolen)

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you cannot find it, please check around your property and with neighbors first. If you still cannot locate it after 48 hours from the "delivered" status, please contact us at support@genermart.com so we can investigate the matter with the carrier.
